Their musical style is Funaná – an accordion-based dance genre – once prohibited by Portuguese colonisers for being subversive. La chanteuse espagnole Luz Casal est l’une des plus grandes icônes du rock espagnol, avec plus de 5 millions d’albums vendus. Elle s’est fait connaître au début des années 1980 et demeure une figure importante de la musique pop espagnole, ses sons évoluant progressivement vers la pop douce pour adultes en passant par le rock, le folk et la musique classique.
